End user LICENSE AGREEMENT
This document is a legal agreement between you, the end user Licensee (”You”), and Alex Banks. By Purchasing, Downloading or installing an Alex Banks font(s), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
You are granted a non-exclusive license for one (1) user to use the Fonts per download.
The licensed font can appear in unlimited commercial and personal projects including, but not limited to, physical end products, social media, packaging, and paid ads.
The font(s) are copyrighted by Alex Banks. All rights reserved.
You may not claim copyright rights for this font.
**Important!** You may NOT sell, share, lend, rent or redistribute this font on any platform without permission.
**Important!** You may NOT modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on this font or engage any third party to do so without Alex Banks written and signed permission.
The use of the Fonts in any generally discriminatory, hateful, oppressive, violent, or environmentally-destructive context is expressly prohibited.
Any breach of this EULA renders your license terminated.
This license agreement maybe updated at any time without prior consent or notice.

Alex Banks gives no warranty in relation to this font, and you use this at your own risk. Alex Banks will not be liable for any damage to your system, any loss or corruption of any data or software, or any other loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of downloading or using this font, whether it results from our negligence or in any other way.
